October 25, 2012 by Lounge Lady in Adura's Healthy Hangout with 6 Comments

Adura Odesanya’s healthy food diary starts today! Watch the video at 3pm, Monday – Friday this week on Femme Lounge.

Here is Monday’s  post:

On Mondays I’m home most of the day, I have a late start and I don’t really exert myself physically like I do Tuesday to Saturday. My friend mentioned this was “too little” but wait till you see Tuesday’s food diary ;)

@passerby Thanks, make sure you come back :)

@adepeju Yes, of course :) In my most recent video (http://www.adura-o.com/2012/10/food-haul-what-i-bought-and-cooked-this.html), I showed some Nigerian food I cooked.

As for a way around it, READ THIS: (which definitely applies to our Nigerian cuisine): http://www.adura-o.com/2012/10/how-to-cut-down-on-carbs.html).

@titiomo Yes it definitely was small, this was an inactive day for me. I eat when I’m hungry and as I didn’t move around much, I didn’t need to eat as much as usual.

Bia, you mean to tell me this small thing na food? Well, I’ll patiently wait for the rest of the series. Me, i wan to live healthy but I can NOT try to attempt to pretend that I don’t like my food plenty.

    LOL @ Oby!

It’s okay, I get you BUT you must know I love my food too. I eat a lot more than this most days as you’ll see in the other videos :)
